• Physical Data: Okaeri Locker does not collect or store physical data such as copies of identification documents. Please note that security cameras (CCTV) may be in operation at host facilities for safety purposes; however, such footage is managed by the respective facility operators and is not collected or held by this service.

This service will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without prior consent. However, we may provide the minimum necessary information only when it is indispensable to fulfilling the service:

• Logistics & Shipping: For returning or shipping stored luggage, we disclose necessary info (name, address) to the carrier.

• Payment Processing: Necessary info is shared with Stripe to facilitate transactions.

• Legal Obligations: When required by law.

Even when outsourcing, we take measures to ensure that the entrusted party properly protects customer information. We may publish statistical data regarding website usage; however, such data will never include information that identifies individual visitors.
