How It Works

At Okaeri Locker, we know that leaving Japan - whether for a short trip, a few months back home, or between seasons - can feel overwhelming when you have bulky luggage or gear. That's why we've designed a simple, stress-free storage flow that takes care of everything for you. With just a few easy steps, your belongings will be stored safely in Japan and ready to welcome you back.

Items We Can’t Accept

To keep your belongings (and everyone else’s) safe, there are a few items we’re unable to store. Please check this list before sending your luggage.

We may also refuse items that we believe are unsafe, inappropriate, or unsuitable for storage. If you’re unsure, just ask us before sending.
