With just a few easy steps, your belongings will be stored safely in Japan and ready to welcome you back.

Book your plan
Book the plan that suits you and complete the payment.
Your subscription will renew automatically every month - so you don't have to worry about losing your space while you're away.

Send Your Belongings
We'll provide you with the address to ship your items.
Pack your items securely and send them to us. Once received, our team will check them in and assign your locker space.

Relax While We Store Your Items
Your belongings are stored safely in our secure facility under your active plan.
No need to visit or manage anything - we'll take care of your items while you leave Japan.

Request Delivery When You Return
When you're ready to come back to Japan, simply let us know.
We'll carefully send your belongings right to your Japanese address - whether it's your home, hotel, or apartment.
Items We Can’t Accept
To keep your belongings (and everyone else’s) safe, there are a few items we’re unable to store. Please check this list before sending your luggage.
We may also refuse items that we believe are unsafe, inappropriate, or unsuitable for storage. If you’re unsure, just ask us before sending.
Items exceeding 30kg per space
Please divide heavy belongings into smaller boxes or suitcases before sending.
Perishable & Living Things
Food, plants, animals, or anything that can spoil, attract pests, or create strong odors.
Cash & Valuables
Jewelry, watches, antiques, important documents, or expensive electronics.
Illegal or Restricted Items
Weapons, drugs, or items prohibited by Japanese law.
Hazardous Goods
Flammable liquids, explosives, batteries, or chemicals that could cause harm.
Fragile or Easily Damaged Items
Things that may break, leak, or cause damage during storage or shipping.
